High Vitamin Butter

Butter Oil is made from milk cream or butter. The cream or butter from cows grazing lush green pastures is high in vitamin E and Beta carotene. The beta-carotene is converted to vitamin A in our digestive tract. Butter oil made from green grass is high in vitamins and anti-oxidants.

How high is vitamin E in butter oil?

Simple answer is greener the grass for cows more the vitamin in butter oil. Some time almost double than traditional butter oil.

Why is Grass-fed Butter Oil of deep yellow color?

The green grasses are rich in Vitamins A and D. The yellow color is due to the high level of Beta-carotene (a precursor of Vitamin A) present in our Grass-Fed Butter Oil.
